Hello there! I'm James. I provide targeted hypnotherapy designed to meet your needs and guide you towards improved mental health by creating time that is just for you, giving targeted suggestion built around things that you love and encouraging you towards your best self.

I am trained to provide Hypnotic Gastric Band through CPD provided through the National Hypnotherapy Society.
Based in Leeds - approximately 15 minute walk away from the central station and approximately 5 minutes walk from St James' hospital.
