About me
YOUR STORY MATTERS - even the parts you may think are irrelevant today, have shaped where you are and who you have become.
I have 20 years' experience offering mnemodynamic hypno-psychotherapy to help you change old emotional patterns. Using conscious regression, combined with talking therapy, we can identify where those patterns started and then enable you to reassess and reframe those experiences. As a result, you are free to respond in new ways rather than being drawn back into unconscious habits. In my experience this is the only technique to provide consistent, long term results.
It can help if,
You have tried talking therapy alone and it has not been effective,
You keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour or keep getting into the same situations,
You have suddenly developed a phobia with no direct cause (for example, you suddenly can't drive on a motorway, but you or someone close hasn't been involved in an accident).
You have tried solution focused hypno-therapy and old patterns have returned.
