About me

My job is to help clients take that first step towards positive change and achieving their goals.

Therapy is tailored according to personality, needs and preferences, to make significant positive changes within a relatively short period of time. This enables control of anxiety levels resulting in a calmer, more confident approach to all situations.

My background includes a career as a midwife, as well as raising a family. Later in life I graduated with an Honours degree in psychology and decided to further my interest in that area due to a a strong belief that psychotherapeutic and hypnotherapeutic techniques can alleviate many problems. Experience has enabled me to integrate gained knowledge into my clinical understanding and practice, to ensure optimum care of my clients.

My goal is to help clients achieve effective resolutions to a wide range of issues, that are sustainable. I also provide an ante-natal program for relaxation in childbirth.

My approach is to create an individual program that is tailored to each client, based upon their needs, what they want to achieve and to enable positive and effective success.
