About me
Hello Im Jo a qualified Hypnotherapist and CBT therapist based near Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Everyone feels stressed, anxious, wobbly and overwhelmed from time to time, but persistently feeling unable to cope with these feelings, affects our mood, prevents us living as well as we would like and can leave us feeling exhausted.
If anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, poor sleep, unhelpful thoughts / habits or hormonal changes are getting in your way of living the life you want to live, then I can help.
I offer individually tailored, future focussed support for people combining the two most powerful, evidence-based psychological therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnosis that will help you find the motivation, the confidence and the skills to help live the life you want. Empathy and compassion are at the centre of my approach. I am patient, a good listener and I provide a safe and confidential space so you can feel comfortable discussing your aspirations and goals.
