About me

Hello, I'm Jess, a certified and regulated Hypnotherapist based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. I'm proud to have built my practice, Altogether Therapy, on a foundation of extensive knowledge and experience gained from working in the mental health sector.

As a compassionate and experienced Hypnotherapist, I offer personalised sessions that combine talking therapy with hypnotherapy. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector, I've developed a specialism in areas such as anxiety, stress, phobias, sleep issues, weight management, hypnotherapy for childbirth, stopping smoking, pain management and more. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and challenges can arise unexpectedly. Together, we'll work to identify any underlying causes and triggers, and develop a plan to move forward and achieve positive change that suits you.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and overcome their challenges in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.

Before our first session, I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation to discuss your concerns and ensure that we're a good fit for each other. This allows us to get a sense of each other's style and expectations.

Following the telephone consultation, we'll schedule an initial appointment. During this session, we will delve deeper into your concerns, identify the root causes and triggers, and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. This session tends to be a little longer and can last up to 90 minutes. Follow up sessions after this are 50 minutes with 10 minutes at the end of each session to chat through how the session was for you and next steps.

If you feel like Hypnotherapy may work for you, please make contact to arrange your initial telephone call, where we can chat through the process in more detail.
