About me
Hi I’m Jenna, Hypnotherapist based at Pither's Yard Natural Health Clinic in Castle Cary, offering sessions in person or online.
I can offer support in many areas of your life from dealing with anxiety to building your confidence, getting rid of those unwanted fears and habits to achieving your goals or helping you deal with challenging times during your life. If something is preventing you from living the way you would like to, holding you back, making it increasingly difficult for you to manage daily life or if everyday feels like a battle and you want to change this then get in touch as I may be able to help.
I offer a solution led approach incorporating many techniques to suit your individual circumstances to achieve the best possible results for you and your situation. I support both adults and children in areas such as anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, weight, habits, phobias and confidence.
My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and relaxed environment so you feel at ease from the first moment, working in a collaborative way to support you to achieve your goals.
Hypnotherapy is a simple but incredibly effective therapy for sufferers dealing with emotional distress, physical symptoms, specific triggers and negative thought patterns that can easily become debilitating. With hypnotherapy we can reduce those symptoms, address the underlying causes and provide you with better coping strategies which you can continue to use in all areas of your life.

Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
