About me
I believe that all the “stuff” we don’t deal with emotionally will show up physically and behaviourally and stop us from enjoying our lives.
Bad stuff can happen, but it’s the way we deal with it that’s so important, our attitude to events and our willingness to see things differently can make all the difference.
Using holistic healing, I believe in treating the whole person not just the presenting condition. We will work together from your first visit to work on solutions. We may use one or all of the treatments I offer over time. I work with Hypnotherapy, EFT, Angelic Reiki and various wellbeing practices.
Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified in Hypnotherapy and began my practice in November 2019. I qualified in Emotional Freedom Technique in September 2019 and Angelic Reiki in October 2016.
I enjoy using all three of these therapies alongside various NLP and Wellbeing practices to bring the desired results for my clients.

£55.00 - £200.00
Additional information
For a therapy session, I offer a single hourly rate of £55.00 and a package of 4 hourly sessions for £200.
For a healing Reiki session, the fee is £40 for one hour.
