About me
When you're feeling stuck, it can feel like there's just no way out of that hole.
Whether you're battling with Anxiety, struggling with Weight Loss, or your life is restricted by a Fear or Phobia, through hypnotherapy, we can change that feeling, change it quickly and change it for good.
Most of my clients start to feel differently after the first or second session, and then tend to need another 3-5 to make that long-term permanent change.
My aim is to make you feel at ease right from the start. So I'm happy to chat over the phone or through messages so that you feel comfortable that I am the right therapist for you.
In addition to the work with Hypnosis, I provide clients with Techniques and recordings to use in between sessions and am available for ongoing support.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a Registered Hypnotherapist in December 2019, having trained with 'Hypnotherapy South East' to obtain the Qualification of GQHP.
I am Registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register)
I have since completed additional training in Anxiety, Depression, Weight Management, Working with Teens, Breathing Techniques amongst other areas.
Prior to working as a Hypnotherapist, my career was based in school. Initially as a Teacher and SENCO and then 15 years as a Play Therapist working with children with Emotional/Behavioural Difficulties.
I am also qualified in Reiki (Level 2) and Counselling Skills level 2 and 3.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

(If additional sessions are required then these are at the regular session rate).
Sessions at weekends or after 6pm are an additional £10

My Therapy room is in a lovely, quiet separate room to the side of the house with plenty of parking available. I am within easy reach of Southend and Rochford and the surrounding areas.
