Cert Hyp CS, CHC, MHS - Remedial Hypnotist & Anxiety Coach

About me

Welcome to The Pathway Therapy Rooms.

I’m Glen, a Remedial Hypnotist, and I support people who want to make meaningful, lasting changes — whether that’s reducing anxiety and overthinking, building confidence, releasing unhelpful habits, or feeling more in control in day-to-day life.

I work using hypnosis and/or The CONTROL System. Together, we’ll explore what’s been driving the pattern, strengthen the skills you need to respond differently, and build practical strategies you can use in the real world. Many clients find this approach helps them feel calmer, more resilient, and more able to make choices that fit the life they want to live.

I chose the name “The Pathway” because change is rarely one big leap — it’s a series of steps. My role is to guide you through those steps at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with a clear plan and supportive structure.

Hypnosis is a collaborative experience. You’ll be fully informed throughout, and you remain aware and in control at all times.

You’re welcome to get in touch to discuss what you’re experiencing and whether this support is a good fit.
