I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner guiding people to restore their lives through Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated from the UK award-winning Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis in 2022 and achieved a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (DHP)
Licentiate of the Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (LAPHP), the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (NRPC) and registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I have been trained by Sheila Granger UK and International Life Engineer, one of the World's foremost Gastric Band hypnotherapy trainers. Sheila has proven its effectiveness in two trials conducted in the UK.
I have also been trained by John Scanlon and Sheila Granger in Hypnotherapy services for Adoption-Related issues.
The Virtual Gastric Band has received much attention in the UK, attracting people from all over the country and has a 95% success rate.
Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I offer a FREE Discovery Call where I talk about how hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis can help you. The call also provides an opportunity for both parties to decide if they are happy to proceed. Once a decision has been made to work with me then we book the Initial Consultation (60-90 mins) where we talk about Client's history, and symptoms and develop a therapy treatment plan tailored to you.

Treatment packages are tailor-made to meet the individual needs of the Client and the recommended treatment package and number of sessions will be discussed during the initial consultation. My priority is your therapeutic needs and therefore my main focus.
