About me
Hey, I'm George. I am a personal change specialist. I work with a wide range of individuals and organisations across the globe in a coaching and hypnotherapy capacity.
My aim is to help professionals to make positive changes to different aspects of their lives. As well as working with large corporations, I am also passionate about working within the local community with individuals, families and small businesses to maximise wellbeing and performance.
As well as hypnotherapy, I lean heavily on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), insights from behavioural science and professional coaching practices.
As a Hypnotherapist, I specialise in helping my clients better manage conditions such as anxiety, depression or fatigue arising from workplace stress and burnout. Specifically, I look to help clients better manage issues, such as:
- Workplace pressure and tension
- Stress and anxiety
- Burnout and overwhelm
- Relationship conflict
- Performance and motivation
- Work-life balance
- Low self-confidence
All of these instances can cause very real problems and challenges for us. They have the tendency to create wider tensions, dilemmas and can very easily consume us, if left unchecked.
Work is a massive part of our lives and for most people it is vital that we can gain a level of satisfaction and fulfilment from it.
I will use my arsenal of tools, experience and qualifications in Human Resources, Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy to help you navigate towards a healthy and positive outcome.

- Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. MNCH (Reg.), HPD. Membership National Council for Hypnotherapy. Registered Hypnotherapist, Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
- Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Trainer Membership of the Global Association for NLP (ANLP)
- CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 11). Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD)
- Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT). Organisational Membership of Association for Coaching (AC)

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
