About me
I support adults and teens aged 15 and over. I help with stop smoking and vaping, anxiety, and weight loss using focused, results-driven hypnotherapy. I offer in-person and online sessions. I am a hypnotherapy practitioner based in Maidstone, working from two locations in central Maidstone and Teston.
I work with clients who feel stuck in patterns they cannot shift, including stress, low confidence, habits, and emotional challenges. Hypnotherapy works by accessing the subconscious mind, helping you change automatic responses, reduce anxiety, and build more helpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.
My approach is practical, structured, and focused on results. Some clients come for smoking cessation or hypno gastric band sessions for weight loss. Others want support with anxiety, confidence, or long-standing habits. Sessions are tailored to your goals and paced in a way that feels manageable.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I am a qualified integrative counsellor. This allows me to combine hypnosis with talking therapy where helpful, particularly when working with anxiety, trauma, or emotional patterns. This adds depth and supports more lasting change.
I offer a calm and private setting for sessions. My central Maidstone room has free local parking nearby, and my Teston room provides a quieter space with free parking directly outside.
I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and neurodivergent clients. I am neurodiverse and work in an inclusive way that respects your identity, experiences, and individual needs.
If you would like to speak to someone straight away, you can call my secretary between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The number is on my website. If you contact me directly, please include your phone number. I usually reply within 48 hours.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am trained in hypnotherapy and hold the King’s Trust Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills. My work focuses on using hypnotherapy to support change at a deeper, subconscious level. I help clients manage anxiety, reduce stress, improve confidence, and shift patterns that feel difficult to change through conscious effort alone.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (TC-L4). My counselling training includes Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practice. This allows me to combine talking therapy with hypnotherapy when appropriate, offering a more tailored and flexible approach.
I have five years of experience working with adults and teens aged 15 and over. I support clients with anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work in line with their ethical frameworks and professional standards.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly update my skills in hypnotherapy, trauma-informed practice, and CBT to ensure safe and effective support.
