About me
I am an experienced and fully qualified Counsellor & Hypnotherapist. I work exclusively online with counselling and hypnotherapy clients, because this gives flexibility to see clients from different areas of the UK and abroad.
I am also a Tutor for hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy in a popular Medway training school KICH Hypnosis training in Kent and and a director for the Association for Professional Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy
I run a busy & successful therapeutic practice and really enjoy meeting all of the wonderful clients that come to me for help. After many years working face to face with clients, I now specialise in online sessions, meaning I can help more clients geographically.
I run a completely confidential and friendly service. I aim to empower my clients into making positive changes in their lives. I work on the understanding that each client is the expert on their own life & I pay attention to, accept & respect them as individuals.
I provide my clients with a safe and comfortable environment and a I build a good & strong therapeutic relationship based on positive regard, authenticity & empathy.
I help clients stop smoking, lose weight, become less stressed, over come fears or phobias, improve sleep and help them improve their lives in many other different ways, but above all, and most importantly, my clients improve their lives for the better, start to feel more positive and focussed and start to fulfil their truest potential!

Training, qualifications & experience
Emma attended a classroom based Integrated Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Dip PC and hypnotherapy.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).

Psychotherapy/Counselling (60-70 Minutes) £99
Hypnosis Session (70 Minutes) £99
Quit Smoking Session (Approximately 90 minutes) £295
A non-returnable deposit of £195 will be payable on booking, via bank transfer or paypal. This is because I am often booked well in advance and it secures your place on my waiting list. It also proves motivation for actually wanting to quit.
*The fee is less than an average 20 a day smoker spends a month. Based on an average cost of £10 a pack, 7 packs a week, 52 weeks a year, you could be saving around £300 a month on average, and over £3500 a year!
