About me

I am a clinical and cognitive hypnotherapist, psychologist and NLP practitioner supporting clients in Cambridge, Huntingdon and online.

I can help you in your self-discovery journey and address challenges like grief, PTSD, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, fears, history of abusive relationships, weight issues, low self-confidence, stress and many more difficulties. I use my skills to gently adjust unconscious emotional processes and conscious thought processes to enable a long-lasting change.

You might notice improvements in your wellbeing more quickly than you might imagine. You will also gain practical tools and tips to use for many years to come.

The sessions are personalised, non-judgemental, informative and confidential. My approach to working with my clients is equality and empowerment. Clients normally start by having sessions weekly or every other week. After 3-4 sessions we will discuss whether you want to keep sessions weekly, every other week, meet once every month or have a break.

In addition to hypnotherapy and NLP, I draw on my knowledge of attachment theory, Gestalt principles, counselling, inner child work, goal and intention setting, relaxation techniques, family constellation and body/mind connection. I use a wide range of therapy and coaching techniques and tailor them to each individual client and their specific needs and situation.

I welcome people from all walks of life, nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, races, sexual identities and religious beliefs. I’m open-minded and compassionate; I know through my own life experience how quickly many things can begin to change after you take those first few steps towards feeling better.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified cognitive hypnotherapist and NLP coach, trained by Trevor Silvester at The Quest Institute in London. I also have a Master's degree in Psychology, a Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma from the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), a counselling skills qualification and I regularly take specialist courses to further advance my knowledge and expertise.

As a member of National Council for Hypnotherapy, I fully abide with the NCH Code of Ethics. I am also a member of QCHPA, a professional association for Quest cognitive hypnotherapists and a member of National Board for Modern Psychotherapists.
