About me
I understand what it is like to be overwhelmed with fear or to be stuck in the same loop, the same pattern of thinking and not being able to break out of it. It can feel like something has taken over your brain, luring you to that extra piece of cake; the cigarette, that glass of wine. Logically you know what you need to do but something stops you. Logically you know the fear isn't rational but yet your body responds as if you're under threat. Talking about it definitely helps but it doesn't really shift the problem.
This is where NLP and Hypnotherapy come in.

I am a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Master Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, as well as a Master NLP Coach, Integrative Counsellor, author and mum to two beautiful teenage boys. I specialise in helping people to free themselves of anxiety, stress and low confidence.
Through my 'Rewire your Mind - NLP and Hypnotherapy' sessions, I empower my clients to live authentically and without fear - whether that is a specific fear such as preparing for a job interview, a phobia such as flying, public speaking, or a fear of showing up to the world as themselves. The tools and techniques I use help clients to shift the unconscious root of their problem.

We strongly believe that one approach does not fit all and that’s why all of our counsellors are trained in a number of therapies, allowing them to tailor their support to fit your needs. We are dedicated to supporting you to develop new empowering ways of thinking, free yourself from destructive behaviours and discovering the greatness that already lies within you.
Our counsellors are specially handpicked not just because of their skills and experience but also for their warm and friendly manner. Our counsellors will combine clever theory, knowledge and experience with an approachable way of working so that you feel comfortable enough to explore, discover and grow into the person you truly are.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
