About me
Over the last few years, I have helped people to overcome their fears & phobias, people who have struggled with food and alcohol, people who have struggled with relationships, insomnia, difficult family dynamics, low self-esteem, and social anxiety.
On the outside, each and every one of them looked capable, 'normal ', and had successful businesses and jobs, probably just like YOU.
We become very good at hiding the parts of ourselves that we struggle with, keeping them to ourselves. You no longer have to do this; there is no shame in reaching out and needing support. I know how hard this can be because I've been there myself. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and I'd like to be the one to walk with you into the sunlight.
If you find yourself worrying about what might happen... What if this? What if that? What if they think? What if I? (This is called imagining future fear-based scenarios.) It can be exhausting, BUT it isn't happening right now; you're not being judged, rejected, embarrassed, or criticised. However, anxiety or fear is telling your body that this is a real threat and it is happening now.
If you were to take a second and re-imagine these 'what ifs?' and this time you're feeling confident, resilient, and you know without any doubt that you can handle yourself, even if you are put on the spot or thrown a curveball, how do you think you would be feeling in your body? What would be different about the thoughts you were having?
During hypnosis, you get to rehearse and try out different ways of thinking and responding, so when these situations crop up in your everyday life, your mind and body have already accepted the updated version and know how to respond positively.
This is the crux of what we do together: unpicking, understanding, challenging, reframing and updating the thought patterns and behaviours that are no longer in your best interests so that you can go forward and live your life feeling confident and resilient and being your authentic self. Just imagine what becomes possible when your mind is no longer your biggest obstacle.
🧩 Understand the pattern. Change the behaviour. Transform the way you live.
