PGDip - Anxiety & Overwhelm Specialist -

About me

I specialise in helping people manage anxiety, stress, burnout and emotional overwhelm. My approach focuses on how the mind and body interact — helping you understand your emotional responses, calm your stress system, and build long-term resilience.

Using a blend of clinical hypnotherapy, neuroscience-based tools, and nervous system education, I help you:

  • Repattern your stress response and reduce symptoms of anxiety.
  • Identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and coping habits.
  • Understand your emotions and what they’re trying to communicate.
  • Build a practical toolkit for calm, confidence, and emotional steadiness.

Whether you’re struggling with generalised anxiety, overthinking, stress, low self-worth, emotional burnout, or difficulty switching off, our work focuses on helping you feel grounded, clear, and back in control again. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface — not just to manage symptoms, but to understand and transform them.

This is a collaborative, evidence-informed process that supports real, lasting change — helping you move from constant coping to genuine calm and clarity in everyday life.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • PG Diploma Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology
  • Clinical Hypnotherapist
  • NLP Practitioner
  • mBraining Coach
  • Certificate in Psychotherapy (working towards UKCP Psychotherapist registration)

I offer a warm, integrative approach that blends emotional exploration, nervous system regulation, and hypnotherapy. Together we'll gently uncover the patterns keeping you stuck while helping you build your own inner tool kit of practical, intuitive strategies. My approach is gentle but effective, creating lasting change from the inside out.

I draw from Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and body-based approaches. In your first session, we'll explore what's been feeling difficult and begin gently uncovering the emotional patterns behind it. Depending on your needs, we may work with subconscious processes, nervous system regulation, and guided inner imagery to help you feel safer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
