About me
Life looks fine on the outside, but inside, something feels unsettled-like you're quietly unravelling. Maybe you feel anxious, emotionally disconnected, or weighed down by a sense that something isn’t quite right. You've coped for a long time, but part of you knows there’s more beneath the surface. You long to feel calm, clear, and connected to yourself again-to feel safe enough to slow down, make space for your emotions, and begin to understand what they’re trying to tell you. In fact you're ready for meaningful change-something that lasts. So you can stop just getting by... and start building a life that actually feels like yours.
Training, qualifications & experience
I offer a warm, integrative approach that blends emotional exploration, nervous system regulation, and hypnotherapy. Together we'll gently uncover the patterns keeping you stuck while helping you build your own inner tool kit of practical, intuitive strategies. My approach is gentle but effective, creating lasting change from the inside out.
I draw from Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and body-based approaches. In your first session, we'll explore what's been feeling difficult and begin gently uncovering the emotional patterns behind it. Depending on your needs, we may work with subconscious processes, nervous system regulation, and guided inner imagery to help you feel safer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
