Established in 1998, I have a wealth of experience and training. Whatever you wish to achieve through hypnotherapy, you can be confident that you will receive a highly professional service that is expertly tailored to your needs. No two people are the same and, as such, each hypnotherapy session will be designed to help you as an individual.
You can find me easily - just a 5 minute walk from Leeds train station.
My compassionate and non-judgmental approach enables clients to feel comfortable and at ease; particularly in their first session, where it is common to arrive feeling a little apprehensive.
Particular areas of expertise include: stress management, stopping smoking, addictions, weight loss, body confidence, family stress, phobias, self-esteem, conflict resolution and working with children.

I am trained in clinical hypnotherapy and stress management and offer traditional hypnotherapy treatments. However, I also have a belief that we operate on many levels, including the spiritual level. I can, therefore, offer sessions to those who wish to explore ideas such as past life experience and manifestation. The choice is yours.
I am a full member of the BSCH and as such adhere to their professional code of ethics.

I have been on too many training courses to list here. All of them have been valuable in one way or another. However, I truly feel that the greatest teacher has been the shared experience of working with my clients. Every single one has taught me something about how best to facilitate the transformation that people are searching for when they choose hypnosis. Usual treatment (excluding smoking cessation) fee:
An hour and a half session £70
There is a one-off fee of £160 for as many sessions as are needed to stop smoking. Usually one session is enough however sometimes follow-up sessions are needed.
