About me
How may I help?
We may all struggle at some point with issues regarding mental health. These can be debilitating and impact not only on ourselves, but those around us we care about.
However, help is available.
As a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, I employ client-centred hypno-psychotherapy to help people overcome mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, IBS and a multitude of other challenges including weight management and sleep problems.
My approach involves creating a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I use a range of evidence-based techniques, including hypnosis, cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness, to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend training and workshops to enhance my skills and knowledge.
I offer private sessions from my consulting room in Selston, catering to both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas and by appointment (daytime, evening and weekends).
I provide a bespoke approach in order to understand and meet your specific needs. This is conducted in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
I also offer very convenient, secure and confidential online therapy sessions via Zoom. Whether in person, online or group work, I observe the UKCP & NSTT codes of ethical conduct.
I am dedicated to helping you overcome mental health issues and lead a happier, more satisfying life. With my professional training and experience, I am able help you achieve your goals.
