About me

I work in Guildford and surrounding areas as well as over Zoom, helping people to overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, addiction (smoking, gambling), weight problems, and many more.

It is not always easy to admit to ourselves that we may need help, let alone ask for it. You should be proud to have already come this far.

In my practice I aim to help you find solutions to your personal, professional or relational problems. Perhaps you are feeling more anxious than normal, or you are tired of always dealing with anxiety or depression, or you are having difficulties in relationships, or you need to stop a habit that has become a burden such as gambling or smoking. You may be tired of dieting and frustrated with trying to lose weight. Perhaps events of the past still affect your current life and habits and behaviours that you may not even be aware of are still sabotaging your happiness and wellbeing, making you feel as if there is always something missing no matter what you do.

No matter what issues you are facing, I offer a very personalised approach that is specifically tailored to suit your needs and use many different approaches and techniques to achieve this. I aim to understand you as an individual, in the context of your own life and environment so that your solutions are appropriate, effective and long lasting. In your first session we will discuss your concerns and how therapy may help you. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain a deeper understanding of hypnotherapy and how it works. If you are not familiar with hypnotherapy we will work at your own pace, starting with a short relaxation session so you can get a taste of not only the benefits of hypnosis, but the pleasant and relaxing feeling and sensations that hypnotherapy provides.

My practice is founded in empathy and understanding, and whatever you are going through or trying to resolve, it is important and significant and deserves a professional, caring and confidential approach. I also understand that finding a solution in a timely manner is very important, and you might be surprised at how some problems can be resolved with hypnotherapy in only a few sessions. I do not have a magic wand that will make your problems disappear, but I have helped clients to rediscover their qualities and abilities so that they were able to find their own magic!

If you are trying to resolve your problems but lack motivation, or you are finding it difficult to get the results you want, please give me a call on +44 7425 110038 for a free telephone consultation.
