About me
Hello, thanks for checking me out.
I’ve been helping people work with anxiety and fear since 2011. I’ve trained with a wide range of thoughtful, unconventional therapists, giving me a broad, practical understanding of how the mind actually works in everyday life.
What drives my work is a deep curiosity and respect for thinking and feeling. Fear isn’t a flaw or a sign that something is wrong — it’s a natural response that sometimes gets stuck.
I’ve learned this not just professionally, but personally. Some of the most meaningful experiences in my life began with a strong sense of dread, which turned out to be completely wrong about what lay ahead. That insight shapes how I work: feelings feel important, but they don’t predict the future.
My approach combines psychological understanding with therapeutic hypnosis, helping you understand your own mind well enough to change it — gently, intelligently, and on your terms.

About You: If You're Interested In Working With Me
You’ve built a good life — but it still feels like something inside you is bracing for impact.
You wake up with that familiar jolt of dread. Nothing’s wrong, but your mind scans the horizon anyway, convinced something must be. You’ve tried to ignore it, outwork it, reason with it… but it lingers, tightening the edges of an otherwise decent life.
If you’re curious about why your mind does this — and even more curious about what life could feel like without it — you’re in the right place.
If you are experiencing fear or anxiety when there is no present threat,
maybe you recognise yourself here:
You’re capable, intelligent, grounded… and yet a constant undercurrent of fear shapes your days. A hypervigilant hum in the background. A tightening in the chest or stomach when you think too far ahead. A quiet voice whispering, “This will never work.”
You’ve got people who love you, but you still feel strangely alone with the weight of your mind.
Your marriage is solid, but you don’t want to worry your partner by revealing how much you worry.
You adore your kids, but the pressure and lack of space make you wonder if you’re doing enough – or if you are enough.
Work's fine. Life is fine. And somehow… it doesn’t feel fine, or feels like it won't last.
There’s a version of you who’s confident, optimistic, happy. You can feel it in you for fleeting moments — then it’s gone again, swallowed by doubt before it gets the chance to take shape.
You avoid risks because the fear feels louder than the possibility. You avoid change because the familiar feels safer, even when it frustrates you. You avoid asking for help because you want to be the backbone, not the burden.
And beneath all of this?
A curious mind that wants to understand itself.
Someone who knows they can be different — but is tired of empty promises and tired of being tired.
Looking For Transformation
Imagine waking up without that bolt of dread. Imagine feeling comfortable in your own mind, body, and life. Imagine decisions becoming clearer, risks feeling doable, and your life beginning to feel like something you’re steering rather than surviving.
In our work together, you won’t be “fixed,” analysed to death, or told what to do. Instead, you’ll learn to understand your fear — not fight it. You’ll explore your inner world in a way that feels safe, grounded, and surprisingly imaginative… because depth doesn’t have to be heavy.
You’ll build emotional strength that feels like yours, not something handed to you.
You’ll discover how to calm a nervous system that’s been on high alert for years.
You’ll reconnect with a sense of humour, ease, and inner steadiness you thought you’d lost.
You’ll feel more present with your family, more confident in your work, more alive in your own life.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming the version of you that’s already there — the one who’s been waiting under the noise.
If You're Ready
To explore your mind with curiosity instead of fear — and to finally feel happier, think less, do more, and look forward to each day — I’d love to help.
Book a call with me today.
Bring your doubt, your curiosity, your scepticism, and your will to change.
We’ll take it from there — gently, honestly, and with a sense of possibility.
Don’t come to try something to see if it works - come to learn how you work, and how to change.
