Hi, I'm Adrian, a fully qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist working in Northwood, which is easily commutable from Pinner, Harrow, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Watford, and the surrounding areas.
Having overcome my own struggles with childhood trauma, I fully understand how negative experiences can create the conditions by which we live our lives. Negative patterns of behavior can limit us in becoming who we would like to be and living the life we want.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with The Quest Institute at Regent's University, where I was awarded the Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the Master Practioner certificate.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the only approach with an ongoing scientific review into its effectiveness in treating depression and anxiety.
Using the same outcome measures as the NHS, Cognitive Hypnotherapy has been shown to be 71% more effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression compared with other talk therapies such as CBT (42%) used within the NHS.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Each session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes, and I charge £90 per session.
As each client is unique it is impossible to say how many sessions will be needed, but I typically see clients for 2 - 6 sessions.
I work every weekday evening from 5 pm until 10 pm. Saturday, I work form 10 am until 5 pm.
