Abi Howkins is a specialist Hypnotherapist & EMDR practitioner based in Northamptonshire. Working with certified hypnotherapy and EMDR techniques to improve mental health and self-esteem, transforming lifestyles and well-being.
Working with clients to treat a range of issues from anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, phobias, trauma, PTSD, weight loss, quitting smoking and many more from her central Northamptonshire location.
