Abi Howkins is a specialist Hypnotherapist & EMDR practitioner based in Northamptonshire. Working with certified hypnotherapy and EMDR techniques to improve mental health and self-esteem, transforming lifestyles and well-being.
Working with clients to treat a range of issues from anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, phobias, trauma, PTSD, weight loss, quitting smoking and many more from her central Northamptonshire location.

Fully qualified in EMDR 

Qualified in NLP 

Advanced DBS checked & approved, have Level 2 Safeguarding Children V5 certification and am mental health first aid qualified.
