About me

Hello, I am an anxiety specialist who works with you using safe and secure, online appointments and face to face in Beccles and Bungay. I can quickly and safely help you to feel more relaxed and calm and to become free of anxiety. trauma and panic attacks. I have had specialist training to help with anxiety and trauma, lift depression, stop smoking, end post traumatic stress disorder, phobias and lowering blood pressure.I can also safely help you with many other issues that are not mentioned here including help with weight issues. All sessions are £45.00 including stop smoking in one session.

I offer solution focused hypnotherapy which means that we focus more on the solution to the problem than going over the past. My intention is for you to always leave me feeling better than when you arrived. I am qualified, experienced and registered with the Government approved Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I have practices in Beccles, Bungay and online, having been a qualified hypnotherapist for over 14 years, after training for two years to obtain an advanced diploma in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. I use the latest modern effective and safe techniques of advanced hypnotherapy and have been trained by some of the top trainers from the U.K, USA and Australia. I am also fully trained to use EMDR having completed parts one two and three with the EMDR Centre London. I am also fully trained in using The Rewind technique, which can end trauma, anxiety and panic attacks in as little as one session.

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation if you would like to find out more before you book a paid session with me.

Here are some of my clients genuine comments:

Keith has worked wonders with me In just 3 sessions!! Even after the 1st session I could see changes in myself and the way I thought. Thank you for all your work you have done with me. Scott Cooper

Hi Keith, Just a short message regarding the recent hypnosis session I had with you for smoking cessation. Words absolutely fail me! Since the session I've had no interest in cigarettes, no desire or craving, or any feeling of "missing out on smoking". Incredible to think that someone who thought they couldn't be easily hypnotised is writing this ! Highly recommended. Thank you. Best regards John

Dear Mr Travis I said I would let you know how I got on after my session with you for fear of flying. Well I am absolutely amazed apart from just a slight wobble at take off I was fine. I even fell asleep, then watched out of the window for the last thirty minutes. I really am shocked but delighted that is has worked. Thanks again. JW.

What happens in a hypnotherapy session?

When you attend your first session of hypnotherapy it’s natural to feel a bit nervous. But most people find after a few minutes they settle down while we have a chat about the issues they have come for help with. After the initial chat, we can start the hypnosis session and begin to resolve the presenting problem.

During hypnosis you don't go to sleep, you are not unconscious or having your mind taken over. You can just feel very relaxed to a level that feels right to you. In fact, you can get up and leave at any time if you want to. It’s such a pleasant experience though, that this has never happened with one of my clients.

Everybody goes in and out of hypnosis several times a day, it’s a very natural state. You may recall a time when you have been absorbed in listening to music, or day dreaming, reading a book or even when you drive somewhere and at the destination can’t remember a lot of the journey. These are all hypnotic experiences and you may agree that there is nothing strange about those things when you experience them. Hypnotherapy is not at all like stage hypnosis where people seem to be under the power of another person. Hypnotherapy is gentle, respectful and non controlling. You actually can not make anyone do anything against their moral or religious beliefs with hypnosis.

After the session it is safe to drive or do anything else you wish to do. There are no side effects other than a pleasant experience.
