How can I help you?
If you're tired of feeling held back by unwanted habits, negative thoughts or difficult emotions that are preventing you from living your life as you want to, I'm here to help.
As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Coach with over 14 years' experience of helping people gain control of their lives, I know that it takes courage to look for help. If you would like me to help you find a renewed positive sense of yourself, we can work together to help you overcome or let go of whatever prevents you from living your life the way you want to.
My solution-focused and transformative Cognitive Hypnotherapy sessions help you to naturally break free from the emotional and behavioural patterns that have been keeping you stuck in a place you no longer want to be.
How many sessions will you need?
Everyone is different, so while many issues can be resolved within 3-4 sessions, occasionally more (or fewer) sessions may be required. The key thing is that you are helped to achieve positive changes in the way you most want and need, and in the right way for you to feel better. I am 100% committed to helping you achieve the positive changes you seek, in a time-frame that works best for you.
I offer a complementary telephone consultation, where you can find out more about how I can help with your issue, and where I can also answer any questions you may have. In asking you questions about your issue I can also gain a clearer picture and create a personalised treatment plan for you if you would like to work together.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your problem with me you are very welcome to call me on 07979 371701.
