Whatever circumstances you might find yourself struggling with, as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with many years' experience in helping adults and children, I'd like to reassure you that lasting positive change really can happen, and often much more quickly than expected.
Whether you have low self-esteem that leaves you never feeling as good as others, or you're struggling with anxiety or unwanted habits, we can work together to help you build an inner confidence, sense of control and resilience that enables you to find your best way forward.
My relaxed and informal sessions help you to get to the root of underlying issues so that you can let them go, enabling you to feel better about yourself and more optimistic about the future too.
You'll also learn tools and techniques that enable you to regain control over yourself and connect to calm and positive feelings whenever you might need.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a highly effective and evidence-based therapy that is both gentle and empowering. If you feel ready to take the next step, why not get in touch with me for an informal chat?
How many sessions will you need?
It's hard to be precise without knowing the details of your problem, but positive results are generally experienced from the very first session, and many issues can be successfully resolved within just 2-3 sessions. Occasionally more sessions may be required, but I find the average number of sessions is usually around 3. What's most important is that you are able to achieve lasting beneficial changes in the way you most want and need, and in the right way for you to feel better about yourself and your life. I am always committed to helping you achieve the positive changes you need, and at a pace that works best for you.
I offer a free, no-obligation telephone consultation, so that we can have an informal chat and you can ask any questions you may have, and also find out how I can best help with your issue.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Emotional healing, overcoming past trauma and challenges in childhood.
The initial session for adults is usually up to 2-hrs (£120) but can be 90-mins (£100) if preferred. This allows time for a detailed consultation as well as the first stage of therapeutic work. Significant progress is achieved within the initial session, which means that you can experience benefits from Day 1.
Follow-up sessions for adults: 1-hr (£90)
Regular sessions for children: 1-hr (£80)

For as long as I can remember I have had an interest in people and their wellbeing. I consider my role to be one of helping people to overcome the unconscious blocks that hold them back from their personal happiness and well-being.
In addition to being a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I am also trained in helping children and teenagers with confidence, anxiety and motivational issues.
I am a qualified NLP4Kids Practitioner and combine this with elements of CBT and Positive Psychology to form an effective and solution-focused approach, aimed at helping children and teenagers gain the confidence they need to feel better about themselves and their world.
I am a licensed member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), and the government approved Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH) which promotes and actively implements high standards of training and professional ethics. As a member of the NCH and CNCH, I work to a strict code of ethics and practice, as well as being actively committed to Continuing Personal Development.
