Hi, a very warm welcome to my page. I do hope you can find the help you need here.
If you're feeling held back by struggles with anxiety, or food and alcohol issues, I'm here to help. As a result you'll achieve a calm inner confidence, a renewed sense of personal control and a resilience that enables you to move forward in the way you most need.
Should you want to, you can also learn tools and techniques that enable you to connect to, and reinforce, calm and positive feelings whenever you want.

Occasionally more (or less) sessions may be required depending on the issue involved. What's most important is that you are able to achieve lasting beneficial changes in the way you most want and need.
I am always fully committed to helping you achieve the positive changes you need, and at a pace that works best for you.

Further information
For as long as I can remember I have had an interest in people and their wellbeing. I consider my role to be one of helping people to overcome the unconscious blocks that hold them back from their personal happiness and well-being.
In addition to being a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I am also trained in helping children and teenagers with confidence, anxiety and motivational issues.
I am a qualified NLP4Kids Practitioner and combine this with elements of CBT and Positive Psychology to form an effective and solution-focused approach, aimed at helping children and teenagers gain the confidence they need to feel better about themselves and their world.
I am a licensed member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), and the government approved Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH) which promotes and actively implements high standards of training and professional ethics. As a member of the NCH and CNCH, I work to a strict code of ethics and practice, as well as being actively committed to Continuing Personal Development.
