My Journey

My journey started many years ago with a belief that I wasn’t 'good enough’ a belief I now realise dominates many of us.  This belief used to affect my life in many different ways and stopped me from believing in myself.  When things went wrong I used to blame myself and it was my fault because 'I wasn’t good enough' or 'I wasn't clever enough' or 'I wasn't loveable enough'  - do you experience these feeling? But things happen don't they!

The more I reinforced these beliefs the more I believed it and yet there was something in me that wanted to challenge these belief, and just like you I needed help!

By studying 'Hypnotherapy', ‘NLP’ and ‘Life coaching’ this gave me the opportunity to explore my 'limiting beliefs' and realised that everyone has within them the means and power to change but only when you start to see or experience things in a different way.

I proved this to myself when I walked the ‘Fire Walk’ at an Anthony Robbin's weekend seminar, this is how powerful Hypnotherapy/NLP & Coaching can be.  Why did I walk the Fire walk? To prove to myself I could do it by changing my beliefs. The Fire Walk is a metaphor, if you can walk on fire you can do anything with your life.

It is only our beliefs that stop us from achieving the life we want!  This whole experience has completely changed my life for the better and I no longer have those old beliefs.

Obstacles are an opportunity for change and coaching with the varies techniques I offer will help you to make those changes.

What stops people from making important changes in their lives? Like having the will-power to lose weight and maintain that weight loss without continually going on a diet, or to stop smoking or even to confront their phobias such as flying. Whats causing your anxiety, depression or fears?

Do you have limiting beliefs such as 'I'm not good enough' or 'I'm not loveable enough' where did those beliefs come from?

Consciously we try to make sense of it but most of these decisions and beliefs were made on the unconscious level. Using Hypnotherapy will help you to make these changes on the unconscious level easily and effortlessly.

I'm a practicing Hypnotherapist and also use a number of other therapeutic techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Regression & Cognitive behavioural therapy.

All these techniques took me on my own Personal journey of discovery and changed my life!! Living proof that it can work for you too!!

        How much will this cost?

        For NLP, Time Line Therapy or Hypnotherapy

        Initial consultation usually 1.5 hrs. to take a full history of the presenting problem £95

        £60 per hour – per session usually lasts 1 hour

        Weight Loss programme using NLP/Hypnosis – 6 sessions £325 (pay for 5 and usually the 6th session free)

        Smoking 1 session – 2 hours £150 (with follow up session included if necessary)

        For Nutritional Therapy

        Initial consultation 1.5 hrs - full history taken £90
        Follow-up visits of 1 hour - £60
