About me

For over 15 years I have been truly passionate about empowering people to move forward and start making Positive changes in their lives. You may be struggling with signs of Stress overload and symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Low Confidence and self-esteem, overeating and harmful use of drink or drugs, or having a smoking habit. I start with helping you find Calm again because this is when our whole selves can operate Best.

I am also a great believer in taking small but regular steps, so I always teach Practical tools you can take away and use as and when you need to on your quest to become healthier and more of your normal self.

I am based in Chilwell, Nottingham, Ashby de la Zouch on Leicestershire/ Derbyshire border, and I also offer online sessions. I have developed a multi-approach style because we are all different and I want to help you the best way for you. I myself have had my own experience of stressful times, so I know a lot about stress and will share a lot of that knowledge with you too, so that you can be more aware of how to deal with it.

I offer a FREE half an hour initial consultation so you can ask me all the questions you like and make a decision if you wish to book sessions with me.

I utilise Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP, EFT (Tapping), IEMT, Mindfulness and EMDR. I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and also a member of General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Council), some of the largest, nationally recognised Hypnotherapy and Complementary Therapy professional bodies. I am listed on the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
