About me
I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, counsellor and life coach. I have my own full time therapy practice in Bournemouth. I offer both face to face and remote therapy. For remote therapy, the first part of the session would be via skype/facetime/zoom/telephone, followed by a personal hypnotherapy recording emailed to you, which you can listen to in the comfort of your own home. I deal with issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, fears, smoking, alcohol, addictions, unhelpful habits, stress, exam nerves, confidence, OCD, behavioural disorders such as Aspergers, anger management, relationship problems and more. I work with individuals, couples, families and children. I specialise in working with children and have specialised training in working with traumatised children. I have been in practice for 18 years and have regularly appeared on radio stations such as Fire FM, Hot Radio, Gulf Radio and UK Talk Radio (LBC). In addition I am a registered hypnotherapist supervisor and trainer.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
