Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Unwanted habits. (Nail biting, hair pulling etc).

I offer a free 20 minute initial chat for those patients that require it. Once treatment begins I charge £60 per session of Hypnotherapy and typically a session lasts between one and one and a half hours. This price includes a CD recording if required.

A stop Smoking session is usually a one session protocol of 2 hours and I charge £110 with a possible second session free of charge.

Reflexology is charged at £45-60 per session depending on time spent and if meditation work is also included.

Please note fees payable by cash or cheque only.

Further information

The Complementary Practice offers a safe, friendly environment which many patients often comment upon.

"Myself and my daughter saw Sally for various reasons - anxiety, confidence etc. She was very good and we now have the tools we need mentally to help us through all life's issues. Would recommend for definite!" - Lucy

"I sought therapy from Sally due to a long running anxiety issue which had seriously affected my life for years. I was not sure whether it would work but knew I had to try different options. Sally showed understanding, compassion and made talking about difficult subjects as comfortable as they could have been. She used different meditation techniques in treatment and taught me techniques to use at home, as of course it is more effective when techniques are implemented regularly. She also provided audio recordings on CD to help me to practice at home. At all times she was realistic and practical (about current circumstances).

The therapy genuinely changed my life, and I'm now a much more calm and confident person, and I've found other benefits which I was not expecting such as being able to concentrate better. I have found that the mind is very powerful and it's easy to fall into unhelpful or negative ways of thinking without even realising it. It's not easy to change the way you think on your own, which is why sometimes you need to be taught techniques, coaching and encouragement."
- Jaz

"I went to see Sally for hypnotherapy and reflex. The hypnotherapy techniques Sally has taught me have changed my life, the way I deal with and approach things is much more calm and controlled. Sally is a great therapist but also a super teacher. Reflex is fab and I recommend to everyone." - Laura
