About me
Personally I chose hypnotherapy as I believe it is a natural way to navigate life's obstacle course. Talking with care and kindness, hypnotherapy can give you the tools to carve out the time you need for yourself and develop a better understanding of you and what you need.
Hypnotherapy helped me give up cigarettes, which I never thought would happen, by the age of 30 I had been a smoker longer than I'd been a non-smoker and I was scared to stop. Hypnotherapy helped me understand why I felt this way, gave my confidence a boost and a way of understanding how to help myself and I have never looked back. This experience began my journey to become a hypnotherapist.
I do not "fix you" but with Care and Kindness I offer you my services to help you learn to better understand yourself and give you the tools to better manage the challenges life sends your way.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£50.00 per session
Additional information
I charge £50 per standard session and I offer a 10% discount for booking 6 sessions together, payable in advance.
Smoking cessation is £175 carried out over two tailored sessions. I will also provide a short complimentary 'booster session' within the first 3 months if you are struggling.
