About me

My name is Leah Jung, and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and a practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT). I specialise in addressing issues related to anxiety, stress, and depression. In addition, I support clients in areas such as health and fitness, confidence building, and motivation. My services also extend to public speaking, overcoming fears and phobias, sleep issues, nail biting, bedwetting, weight loss, exercise motivation, Hypnobirthing, and self-esteem enhancement.

I also work with children experiencing worries and offer group hypnotherapy sessions designed to promote relaxation and mental unwinding. I collaborate with Anxiety UK, a charity that refers patients from various sources, including community organizations and general practitioners.

If you would like to schedule a phone consultation to discuss your concerns and explore how hypnotherapy or IEMT I can assist you, please feel free to reach out. Additionally, I am a certified Mental Health First Aider.

IEMT is centred  on the interplay between eye movements and emotional experiences, based on the understanding that specific eye movements can facilitate emotional state changes and help release unprocessed memories or traumas.

Member organisations

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
