What you can rely on is that I will do my very best to help you.

Moving Forward

Step 1: Talk with me
By arranging a FREE 15-20 mins phone consultation for a convenient time over the next few days, you'll be able to confirm we are a good fit;

Step 2: Meet with me
You can then book an 80 mins Combined Appointment (held In-Person or Online), consisting of a 30 mins more detailed consultation (FREE), immediately followed by 50 mins of Hypnotherapy.

At the end of your Combined Appointment, you'll receive my estimate of the number of further sessions that are likely to be required for you to achieve your aims.

You'll then have everything you need to decide if working with me is the best way forward;

Step 3: Work with me
Once you've decided you want to continue, you can arrange further appointments, either individually or in blocks of up to 4 sessions.

Meeting weekly usually works best, although some clients prefer, and achieve success with, less frequent appointments.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
