Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, trained under Marisa Peer, with over 10 years' experience in education - experience that has shaped my empathetic, supportive, and results-focused approach to therapy.

Having experienced anxiety and burnout myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when stress, worry, or self-doubt start taking over your life. That's why I'm passionate about helping others create the lasting changes they deserve.

I provide a safe and confidential space to explore the root causes of challenges such as anxiety, low self-worth, emotional eating, addiction, burnout, and stress. Using RTT and hypnotherapy techniques, we work together to create lasting emotional and behavioural change.

I’m also the creator of The Burnout Activity Books - practical tools designed to support anyone navigating stress and overwhelm.

Based in Ascot (SL5) and working with clients across London, Berkshire and online, I offer free discovery calls and flexible session times.

Your role is important — particularly listening to your personalised post-session recording for 21 days, which helps reinforce new, healthier patterns.

The Process

1. Decide you are ready to free yourself of your issues and change your life…

2. Arrange a FREE DISCOVERY CALL to find out more about how RTT can help you with your specific issue or condition and ask any questions you may have.

3. Complete and return my RTT intake form. This gives me a bit of background about you and what areas you’d like to work on.

4. Book your 2-hour RTT session. This can be done in 2 ways:
-  In-person - This will be arranged with me after your discovery call if it is practical and you decide to go ahead.
-  Online - This works just as well as in person! Your session will be arranged after the discovery call if you decide to go ahead.

5. Listen to your Transformational Recording for 21 days. This recording will last around 15-20 minutes and you need to make a commitment to listen to it every day for 21 days to ensure long-term change.

6. Follow-up call after 1 week to check in on your progress. If you feel you will benefit from further sessions this can be discussed at this time. Some issues take longer to resolve than others. It can be the case that in resolving the client’s ‘presenting’ problem, other issues surface, which they then want to deal with in an additional session.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
