About us
Fully insured clinical solution focused hypnotherapist and Advanced Brainworking Recursive Therapist (BWRT) helping you break the cycle of self-doubt, procrastination and overwhelm so you can move forward in life, both personally and professionally.
There are three things that are unique to the way I work:
- the techniques I use allow the mind to rapidly integrate new beliefs and understandings
- there’s no need to talk about the past
- you can keep your privacy to yourself
Practising a solution focused approach which combines talking therapy with developing an understanding of the workings of the brain. So instead of digging into the past, we help you focus on how you want things to be, rather than how you don’t want them to be.
The word clinical means being able to help you with a wide range of difficulties to bring about desired change on a subconscious level.
