About me

Helping you create positive, lasting change through personalised hypnotherapy and coaching.

Have you ever felt held back by anxiety, low confidence, unwanted habits, emotional challenges, weight struggles or addiction? Change is possible.

As a qualified Hypnotherapist and Personal Development Coach, I provide a warm, supportive and client-led approach, recognising that every person is unique. I believe that with the right support, desire and commitment to change, you can become the very best version of yourself.

My clients often tell me that my ability to build genuine rapport helps them feel comfortable, understood and empowered from the very first session. Together, we work with both the conscious and subconscious mind to overcome obstacles, build confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and include personalised recordings to support your progress between appointments.

Available online worldwide or in person from my beautiful private therapy room in Mossley Hill, Liverpool.

" Shelley has literally changed my life. I was in a very dark place, struggling with very low self-esteem. Since having hypnotherapy, I feel like a completely different woman."
