About me

I am a registered Integrative therapist and hypnotherapist based in East Oxford.

I help adults overcome anxiety, panic attacks, stress, self-doubt, phobias, relationship issues, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm. My evidence-based approach combines hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness, and body-based awareness to help you understand and transform the deeper emotional patterns driving unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, I take a healing-focused approach to create lasting change, helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself, your needs and your goals.

My role as your therapist is to act as a catalyst for your exploration and reconnection with your internal resources, to make the changes you want. I provide you with a warm, respectful, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard.

Please do get in touch to arrange a free 15 minute consultation to see if we're a good match.
