About me
Your story wants to be told, and I want to hear it.
Adventure in Minds is a place to pause, breathe, and gently untangle what has brought you to this moment. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, are questioning why life feels harder for you than it seems for others, or feel stuck with a certain issue, healing begins when we feel safe enough to tell our story exactly as it is.
Together, we can explore the pathways that have shaped your journey, understand the challenges you face today, and find new ways forward that feel authentic to who you are. Therapy with Adventure in Minds is an opportunity to step back, notice the patterns that no longer serve you, and begin writing a new chapter with greater self-compassion, connection, and understanding.
My work is particularly informed by lived experience of neurocomplexity and a love for the therapeutic beauty of nature.
I am Samantha, let me meet you where you are.
