As a hypnotherapist, my aim is to help you to overcome whatever is blocking your path from moving forward towards the future you want.
The subconscious mind holds every single thought, memory and feeling you have ever had. Whether you realise it or not, some of those thoughts feelings or memories could be the reasons as to why you need help. Hypnotherapy is an effective and impactful way to help you take control of your thought processes and make the changes you want in your life.
I want to help people overcome their fears and phobias, win the battles with their anxiety and overcome their addictions. By using Hypnotherapy in conjunction with other techniques such as EMDR, EFT, Mindfulness, laughter therapy, gibberish therapy and parts therapy to name a few. I aim to help you utilise your inner resources to guide you to achieving the outcome you want.
After spending 17 years in retail management working for blue chip companies, I know the pressure, anxiety and stress work can bring and how it can be difficult to get the work/life balance in harmony. I am passionate about helping individuals and companies with mental well being.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a hypnotherapy practitioners diploma and my Mindfulness Teacher certification both of which I gained from Central England Holistic Therapies Training College, which is regarded as one of the most highly accredited training colleges in the UK.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy, Solution Focussed Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming and as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
I am laughter yoga and gibberish therapy trained.
I am an accredited Mindful Mamma, mindful hypnobirthing practitioner after training with Sophie Fletcher.
I am registered with the NCH (National Council of Hypnotherapists), a Licentiate member of the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) and I am registered hypnotherapy practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
I am fully insured with Oxygen and DBS checked.

On a monthly basis, I run hypnotherapy-relaxation groups, in Codsall (WV8) and Wombourne (WV5). *Starting January 2019 in WV1*
Within these sessions I lead the group through a session of mindfulness and hypnotherapy, achieving a state of deep relaxation for both body and mind.

I run laughter yoga sessions for groups, charities, colleges, universities and corporations. Great fun and a great way to connect with others in a unique way.
