With over 35 years of experience in counselling, coaching, and training, and 25 With over 25 years as a dedicated hypnotherapist, I provide a seasoned, practical approach to personal change.

  • Life and management coaching and mentor-  trained within the health service delivering support to staff and senior managers
  • Qualified social worker and subsequently team leader, developing interventions with young people at risk
  • Further Education Teacher Certificate
  • NHS management accredited course

I have worked extensively in the statutory health and social care environment as well as the private and charitable sectors. I have been employed in a range of posts Including Director of national and regional charities (Founding Director of Buckinghamshire Council on Alcohol and Drugs) which included training counsellors and working directly with a wide range of clients.

Extensive experience within NHS (London) as a Regional Health Adviser and Public Health Specialist

I also worked as a consultant with the private sector in London, clients included Champneys of Tring, London Underground and Martin Baker. This involved direct work with clients and staff and senior managers. Working with my wife we deliver team and individual development training. Clients have included  Police, Turning Point, and local authorities

My wife (Yvonne) and I work very much as a team. Yvonne's specialty is in Educational special needs within school and university settings - as well as practicing clinical hypnotherapy..
