About me

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: pain doesn't have to be the end of someone's story, it can become the beginning of their power and purpose.

I'm a trauma and culturally-informed clinical hypnotherapist, blending clinical and spiritual psychology with African indigenous healing traditions through an anti-oppressive, decolonial and holistic lens.

My Zimbabwean heritage deeply informs how I support others, grounding my work in lived cultural understanding rather than theory alone. I draw on intergenerational wisdom and communal healing practices, weaving these alongside clinical hypnotherapy to honour where someone comes from and the intergenerational patterns shaping how they move through the world.

I believe healing doesn't happen in isolation from identity or lived experience. Together, we create space to gently unpack what's been carried, often silently, across generations, and begin transforming that weight into something freeing.
