I have been actively involved in personal development since 2007, and am enthusiastic about learning more about human nature to enable me to help others and likewise, this helps me to grow as a human being. Hypnotherapy is not a 'one size fits all' approach. I treat each client as an individual. We all perceive problems and situations subjectively, and respond differently. No two people are the same. I offer a bespoke session tailored to your unique needs.

What to expect at your first session
The first half of the session is getting to know each other in a relaxing environment where we can discuss what it is that you would like to change or improve, and your desired outcome. And in addition, ask me any questions. (You only share what you are willing to share). The second half of the session is a soothing, relaxing session of Hypnotherapy. This initial session lasts about 1 hour and a half.
The second session and subsequent sessions (if required) are 1hour long. We evaluate your progress and adapt each session accordingly.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person and we discuss this at the end of the session. If more than one session is required, this would normally be made approx 1 week after the first session.
Stop /Quit smoking is usually achieved in one session.
What does hypnotherapy feel like and how does it work?
Going into trance is like daydreaming in a completely relaxed way, with nobody wanting or needing anything from you. This is time for yourself, in complete control. The session is based uniquely around your beliefs and goals and desired outcome. It is a deep relaxation, with the benefit of making the changes that YOU want to make. In this state the mind is receptive, alert, and relaxed. I often hear people tell me that it is the most relaxed they have ever been.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Counselling - Practitioner level from Stephen Brooks - The British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute.
My Hypnotherapy & Counselling Diploma was delivered directly by Stephen Brooks, who was personally trained by Milton Erickson, widely regarded as the “Father of modern day Hypnotherapy”. Brooks was the first to bring Erickson’s teachings to the UK and Europe.
I hold NLP Practitioner status. My training directly came from the Co founder of NLP, Richard Bandler. (Paul McKenna learnt NLP from Bandler).
Diploma in the theory and Principles of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. - The British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute (Part of the Advanced Diploma Course).

£60 per session. First session is 1hr and a half. Subsequent sessions if needed are 1hour
£120 for Stop Smoking. Usually one session is all that is required.
