Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

I utilise NLP as part of my coaching practice.

As we are in the midst of a pandemic online hypnotherapy has an important role to play in facilitating and enabling therapists to reach out and support those who are struggling emotionally with the varying challenges we currently face. The benefit of online Hypnotherapy is that it offers total privacy and security in the comfort of your own home which is ideal for maintaining social distancing and for those in self isolation, furthermore it can be more affordable.
