About me

Do you feel stuck in your life?  Are you seeking relief from anxiety and rumination?  Are you fed up with your old habits? Are you ready to take a first step towards harmony and inner peace in your life?

Whatever challenges you have it is very important to understand that we are all learning and nobody is perfect, otherwise we would not be here on the planet Earth. I invite you to explore and release what is on the way to the real You, what is holding you back. Imagine what it would feel like to have a true freedom in your life. What would it look like? What would it sound like?

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist, which means I am equipped with the wealth of different approaches (Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP, Systemic Family Constellations Therapy etc.) which allow me to work with you creatively whatever challenge(s) you may be experiencing.

I have worked with many clients assisting them with various problems including:

  • Stress and anxiety,
  • panic attacks,
  • PTSD,
  • traumas,
  • unwanted habits (including smoking),
  • weight management (including hypnotic band operation),
  • phobias,
  • low self-esteem,
  • low self-confidence,
  • fear of public speaking,
  • relationship issues between partners,
  • difficulties between parents and children,
  • depression,
  • loss/separation,
  • overwhelming emotions etc.

I have been fascinated (for as long as I remember) by the workings of the mind, how we think directly affects how we feel and then determines our behavior.

Being a therapist gives me a great opportunity to help people with understanding the workings of their mind and subsequent choices and resources available to them to manage challenges of everyday living. Whatever is holding you back from living your life free it is worth talking about!

During our sessions, it is of utmost importance to me that you feel comfortable and at ease.  You will never feel judged but always feel listened and heard. And for us to succeed, it will have to be of utmost importance to you to want to succeed.

I offer individual and group therapy services to help people to overcome their emotional and mental challenges.

“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step.”

- Naeem Callaway

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
