About me

Hello, I'm a dedicated Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and a Pluralistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I hold a Diploma in Counselling Theory and have further completed a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Practice. As part of my counselling work journey, I work to support those to build autonomy with the aim to improve their mental health and build healthy pathways for the future, for them and their family.

With my expertise, I specialise in addressing a wide range of issues, including trauma-related issues, stress, anxiety, confidence building, public speaking, phobias, emetophobia and much more.

My unique background as a professional in a highly stressful and challenging environment gives me a profound understanding of the challenges faced in high-pressure work environments. This experience has equipped me with the insight and empathy needed to effectively assist those who may be struggling with the stresses and demands of their professional lives.

In my practice, I blend this understanding with a solution-focused approach to hypnotherapy, creating personalised pathways for my clients to achieve their goals. Whether you're looking to overcome personal barriers, enhance your confidence, or find relief from persistent fears or habits, my approach is tailored to meet your individual needs.

Join me in a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, we can unlock your potential and navigate the path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I originally trained and qualified as a Solicitor, and now am a Clinical Hypnotherapist who holds the nationally accredited Higher Professional Diploma ("the HPD"). I also hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling Theory and am studying a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Practice. I am affiliated with the Complementary National Healthcare Council ("the CNHC"), the National Hypnotherapy Council ("the NCH") and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists ("the AfSFH").  I am also a Compliance Officer and Director of the NCH, so I thoroughly believe in high ethical standards.

At Inspired Harmony Ltd, I am able to also offer ILM Certified Professional and Personal Coaching, MHFA England Mental Health First Aid, workshops and relaxation classes.
