About me

"The most important thing in changing human behaviour, is the person's motivation" - Milton Erickson

Hello there, a woman with many hats but all of those hats fit around helping others reach their fullest potential. I am the Managing Director of Fulfil-Ment Aberdeen - a mental health consultancy which offers a range of mental and emotional health services within the North East of Scotland.

I am also a Mental Health worker, Support Practitioner with over 15 years experience in the health and social care sector working with various services within the fields of mental health, homelessness, substance misuse, complex care and youth work. I am also a qualified hypnotherapist, student psychotherapist and new(ish) mum to my little boy.

(I promise I do make time for myself! I love nature, baking and adventures with my little boy!) Self care is the best care after all!

I would like to think though I hold professional experience and understanding I also hold lived experience of many limiting beliefs most (if not all) I have over came through compassion, empathy and grace for myself and acceptance that life isn’t happening to me but for me. These experiences have lead me to the purpose I have now as a hypnotherapist and mental health worker.

My approach with my clients is person and heart centred which comes from my experience with in the health and social care. I like to place the client right at the centre of their support and sessions which include opportunities for reflection within their sessions and within my own practice.

I am SSSC, HS & NSCP (student) registered as well as PVG compliant.
