Morag Stevenson - stress and anxiety relief specialist
Hi! As an ex sales director in a large international company, I've seen the effect stress and anxiety can have on you as an individual, on relationships, family life and career. How it can leave you feeling helpless and hopeless. Rather than stand back and look on, I decided to use my energy, knowledge and enthusiasm to help.
Today, I’m passionate about helping you manage or completely overcome the many symptoms associated with stress and anxiety. It’s extremely rewarding to see clients recover and lead the full life they want, freed from the particular challenges they faced.
Do you need help in any of these areas?
- Free yourself from unwanted habits, panic attacks, endless worrying, fears and phobias, social anxiety.
- Improve your skills and performances.
- Boost your mood, confidence and self esteem.
- Learn deep relaxation skills.
- Overcome insomnia.
- Control your pain.
How I work
I work using cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and relaxation therapy.
During our sessions, we work collaboratively, discovering how your thoughts, feelings and actions are interlinked and maintain your current stress and anxiety issues. Using the power of your creative mind, an effective treatment plan, and hypnotherapy, we amplify the behaviour, cognitions and feelings that will help and not hinder you.
Simple as that!
What may have seemed insurmountable and totally out of your control can change! It takes your motivation, some of your time and energy and good hypnotherapy associated with cognitive behavioural therapy. But change it can!
I work online giving you the freedom to have treatment from wherever you’re based. I’m bilingual French and English and so am fortunate to have clients in both countries.
From a practical viewpoint, many clients appreciate the time and money they save when experiencing hypnotherapy from their own personal space. The hypnotherapy in itself is just as powerful and the working relationship just as solid as in face to face sessions. During these times of uncertainty, online therapy is an effective and safe choice
"The sessions via video were a strong point as I felt at ease in a chosen, comfortable, familiar, space. She is gentle, professional, and an extremely good listener; I felt in very safe hands. Hypnosis is wrongly advertised as a loss of control at the hands of the practitioner when it’s quite the opposite. The tools, the keys, or the options are within ourselves and Morag is the perfect person to help us find and apply them. I can highly recommend her as a therapist." Kayla Larras
