Approved specialist in Anxiety (EMDR)/ Hypnotherapy and living proof that my methods work, you may be looking at this because you are stuck and want to change something that is holding you back.

As well as letting go of issues and unwanted emotions I provide performance improving and confidence building sessions that will truly make a difference to whatever you choose whether that’s exams, presentations, speaking, business or sport.
My approach is to get to the root of the issue, keep therapy as simple as possible and resolve it together.
