About me

I am a Registered General Nurse and have worked in the NHS for over 20 years. I also work as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Wedmore Surgery and The Hampden Osteopathic Clinic, Winscombe, Somerset. In my years of nursing, I became deeply aware of how short life is. You can't waste a moment of it on feelings of anxiety, fear, guilt and shame. Seeking support can be daunting, but how brave are you having to be to live without the support Solution Focused Hypnotherapy could give you

I have achieved my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy from the Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) in Bristol. As a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist I can help people by empowering them to realise their full potential and rediscover their inner strength.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is safe and a perfect way to help you cope with anxiety, depression and phobias as well as sleep problems, panic attacks, blushing and exam stress. It can help with low confidence and lack of motivation by encouraging a shift in perspective. It works by changing negative thoughts into positive actions. I help people to feel more relaxed and better able to cope with stressful situations.

I can give you the tools of effective transformation to break these self-destructive habits. So, you start to live your preferred life.

Choose a new and better path with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

If you think your life could be better, you're right it can! Life is too short to be burdened with anxiety.

Training, qualifications & experience

My approach is Solution Focused which means that we don't have to visit past experiences but find a way together to improve and cope better with the present and the future.

I believe that Clinical Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Therapy is the perfect way to help people to change their unwanted behaviour.

I have insurance and enhanced DBS clearance to work with adults and children.

I have my Degree in Nursing from Plymouth University.

I have achieved my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy from CPHT.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH) and work to their ethical code of conduct as well as being a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
