Within my work I combine Talking Therapy with Hypnotherapy, with this combination approach this can help reduce and alleviate a broad range of presenting issues.
I am passionate about the positive benefits that mind focused hypnotherapy can bring to people’s lives. I am a warm, compassionate and an understanding professional. I offer you a safe, holistic and confidential service. My aims are to help you make positive and lasting changes to your current difficulties you may be facing.
My therapy sessions can be the quickest and easiest way to help you achieve your desired goals and make amazing changes, so that you can enjoy the life you truly deserve. My focus is on working with you to achieve positive goals and outcomes quickly and with ease.
I am passionate about using our natural abilities to overcome difficulties in our lives to create a healthier, happier and enjoyable life. We all have this ability and my therapy sessions are an excellent example of using our inner thoughts and feelings to drive the changes we want to make.

Fully Accredited Hypnotherapist with over 8 years experience and a qualified teacher in teaching Hypnotherapy.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
